You can upload case to an existing folder.

Or you can create a new folder and upload case in that particular folder

The full description of the case is shown below, now click on the chat icon on the top left corner of the window.

It will open up the ChatCompAI legal Assitant window from left.

Now you can ask any question to the legal assistant related to the case document, and the assistant will come up with the information you want . Shown below is the example.

# Organize Research Organizing research into folders is a simply process. Be able to pick up legal research right where you left off. {% embed url="" %} ## Or follow the Snapshots Step 1 : Clicking on the FOLDERS button present on the navigation bar will take you to this page, here as you can see you can view all the personal and shared folders lists in tables

Step 2 : Clicking on + Personal/Shared Folders button will open a input field down below, you can type the name of the Personal/Shared folder and then save it.

As you can see the test-folder folder is being added.

Step 3 : Now go the search page and search for any cases, you will get this window. Select the Cases you want to add, then select the folder to which you want to add the Cases and then click on save. This will add the cases to that particular folder.

Step 4 : Now again follow the Step 1 and click on the folder you have created , as in our case, our folder name was test-folder ,clicking on the test folder opens this window and as you can see two of the cases are added.

This guide will dive into the functionalities that make collaborating on specific cases within folders a breeze. ## Folder Chat overview The Folder Chat serves as a centralized communication hub for each folder: * Discuss matters related to the entire folder or specific cases within it. * Share updates, insights, or questions within the context of the folder. * Enhance team collaboration and communication.

Click on the Chat-Icon in the top left corner to open this folder chat window.

## Using "@" Symbol for Case Mentions To direct a message to a specific case within a folder: * In the Folder Chat, use the "@" symbol followed by the case name. * Example: "@CaseName How can we proceed with this?" * This helps keep conversations focused and relevant to the selected case.

When you use the symbol "@", the cases appears in this format so that you can select any particular case

## Collaborating on Specific Cases Optimize your collaboration within specific cases: * Click on the case you want to discuss in the folder. * Utilize the Folder Chat to ask questions, provide updates, or share insights specifically related to that case. * Keep discussions organized and contextually relevant. ## Streaming Responses This feature ensures that your discussions and activities within folders are seamless, real-time, and dynamic. # Setting permissions ## Permission levels There are 4 types of permission levels in CompFox.

Role	Capabilities
Admin	Has all admin privileges
Manager	Can invite and manage team members, manage billing, manage shared folders and documents
User	Can only conduct legal research, save research, view documents in the shared folders

# Inviting Members

As an Admin

As a amin you have permission to invite and edit any team members. Team members can be admins, managers, or users. Simply manage your team with the users screen.

As an Manager

As a manager you have permission to invite and edit any team members. Team members can be managers or users. Simply manage your team with the users screen.

As a User

As a user you so not have permission to invite team members. However, you can ask the organizational admin or manager to invitethe team member needing access to CompFox.
